About Nirvana Stupa
Nirvana Stupa is also called the Nirvana Chaitya and is located just behind the Main Parinirvana Temple. In 1876, Carlleyle.During Unearthing this site had unveiled the site by, Copper plates containing text of Nidan Sūtra were found. A copper vessel and silver coins belonging to the emperor Kumar Gupta of the Gupta Dynasty, 5th Century AD was found here. The place is a heritage site and is a major attraction among the Buddhist community.
