About Survey Museum, Roorkee
Along with Roorkee museum and Archives, the Survey museum is another well- known museum and it is situated in Roorkee itself, this highly educational museum that Roorkee comprises of was established in the year 1950, and what is its specialty, is that it has surveying and mapping equipment, all old and new and hence, the name. You have personal guides too, if you want more information and it’s open from 0930 hours in the morning to 1630 hours in the evening. It’s a nice way of spending time and learning more about old navigation systems too.
