About Underground Siva Temple
The Underground Shiva Temple is located in Hampi. For some reason, which is still unexplained, the temple was built below ground level. The Sanctum and some of the main parts of the temple are inaccessible as water covers them. However, tourists can walk to some extent from where it is inaccessible. This is a must visit site in Hampi.
