About Kansua Temple

Kansua Temple is one of the oldest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva in the Kota region. Apart from being very popular among Shaivaite devotees, this temple is visited by travellers as well because a four headed structure of Lord Shiva is the major attraction of this temple. It is believed that the temple was built by Panadavas while there were on their exile.

This temple is quite well maintained and has nice gardens. Kansua Temple is also known as the Karneshwar temple.
