About Meditation Tree
Planted by Sai Baba the banyan tree is located within the serene premises of the Ashram. The area incorporates a ‘zone’ for meditation where meditators can overlook the Ashram. There are separate areas for men and women. It is believed banyan trees have the power to purify the surrounding air. Almost all temples have a tree in their premises.
