About Shaheed Minar (Imphal)
Located in Bir Tikendrajit Park in the heart of Imphal city, Saheed or Shahid Minar is a tall monument, dedicated to the high spirited martyrs of Manipur who fought the British during Anglo-Manipuri war in 1891. Bir Tikendrajit Park is on the way from Kangla Fort to Ima market.
