About Ukhrul
Ukhrul is the most popular and highest hill station in Manipur. It is about 85 KMs from Imphal. Besides being a beautiful hill-station itself, Ukhrul has a number of tourist attractions such as Siroi Hills, Khangkhui Lime Caves, Jenephiu Magi Lake, Khayang Peak, Phangreig Picnic Spot. A warrior tribe, the Tangkhul Nagas is indigenous to the region that has a rich culture and tourists can experience that through their dances and traditions at Ukhrul Festivals. Dimapur is the nearest railway station, about 215 from here.
