Kanch Mandir is a unique Jain temple, with the facade that appears to be that of a 'sheesh mahal' or 'glass palace'. It is a peaceful temple that houses Jain deities and is adorned by intricate mosaic work and beautiful glass murals depicting stories from holy scriptures of Jainism. The temple is said to be over a hundred years old and the architecture is truly remarkable. It is popular during Mahavir Jayanati and other Jain festivals as well as on sundays and public holidays.
