About Sursagar
Located in the heart of the city, Sursagar lake (known as Chandan talao in the olden days), is a restored artificial lake. It is a popular destination for evening excursions for people and visitors of Vadodara. A 120 ft statue of Lord Shiva erected in the middle of the lake is also an attraction. Boating is available on the lake and consider visiting on a moonlit night to enjoy the beauty of this lake.
