About Bonal Bird Sanctuary
Bonal lake and Bird Sanctuary or Bohnal Bird Sanctuary is famous lake, which attracts the flamingos, egrets and many aquatic fowls. The tourists can also enjoy jungle trails and camping near the lake, which has been just started by the government. Interestingly it is the second largest bird sanctuary in Karnataka after Ranganthittu Bird Sanctuary near Mysore.
