Situated on a lofty hill on the bank of river Valmiki, Valmiki Ashrama was the abode of sage Valmiki. It is place which the trio passed on their way to Chitrakoot and also happens to be the place where Ram’s sons, Luv and Kush were born, after Sita was abandoned by Ram.  Situated around 24km from Ram Ghat, it is a good place for all nature lovers and can be visited on all days of the week.

Timings: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, all days of week.
