About Dataar Hills
Dataar Hills is situated at a mere distance of 2 km from Junagadh city, and is easily accessible via roads or railway stations easily. It’s a place which runs in symphony, for both Hindus and Muslims; with each of them offering in their own manner to Jamiyal Shah Datar, whose shrine has been made on top. You have a spectacular view of the whole town from up there; it is after all on a height of about 850 m. Urs is like a festival which is held over five days here and gathers a crowd of over 3 lakh visitors for the same, who come in order to sort prayers and worship the shrine.
