Trip Overview
This trip has been designed as the perfect family adventure getaway. we cover remote destinations in comfortable vehicles and stay at really nice places. The cost mentioned is for 6 people traveling in one Innova, please ask for a custom quote for any number of people
Places Covered: Sarahan - Sangla - Chitkul - Kalpa - Nako Lake - Tabo - Kaza - Kunzam Pass - Chandertal lake - Rohtang pass - Manali
Itinerary:
Day 1: Delhi - Shimla (380 km/7 hrs)
Pickup from airport/hotel/residence and drive to Shimla. we'll cover all the worthwhile places like Timber Trail, Upon arrival check into Hotel.
Stay: 3* + hotel in Shimla
Meals: Dinner (veg/ non-veg)
Day 2: Shimla-Sarahan (180Km/5-6hrs)
Early morning drive to Sarahan. On the way we visit Rampur town. Reach Sarahan here we visit world famous Bhima Kali temple.
Stay: hotel in Sarahan
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner (veg/ non-veg)
Day 3: Sarahan-Sangla (45Km/2-3hrs)
After breakfast drive to Sangla valley. On the way enjoy the beauty of Kinnaur valley and visit some hydro projects. After lunch we will visit near by historical village.
Stay: Luxury Swiss Tents in Sangla
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner (veg/ non-veg)
Day 4: Sangla-Chitkul-Sangla (49 km/ 4 hr)
After breakfast drive 25 km to Chitkul village. Chitkul is the last village of India. After lunch drive back to Sangla valley and here visit Kamru Fort.

Day 5: Sangla-Kalpa (40 km/2 hr)
After breakfast drive 40 km to Kalpa. Before reach the Kalpa we stop to get Inner line permit in Recong Peo. In Kalpa you will enjoy the natural beauty and can get very clear view of Mount Kinner Kailash.

Day 6: Kalpa-Nako Lake-Tabo (150km/6-7hrs)
Today we drive 160 km to Tabo. En route we visit Nako village and beautiful lake and here we can see the Leo Purgil Peak, which is highest Mountain in Himachal Himalaya. On arrival we check in the hotel and in the evening we visit Tabo monastery one of the oldest monastery in North India.

Day 7: Tabo-Kaza (60km/3hours)
In the morning drive to Kaza, en route visiting Lalung and Dhankar Gompa.

Day 8: Kaza
Morning visit the Ki monastery, 10km from Kaza. This centuries old gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors – and at one time also acted as a fort. It houses valuable Thangkas and offers a panoramic view of the area. Also visit the gompa at Kibber, 9 kms further ahead. Kibber at 4205 m/13,792 ft has the distinction of being the highest permanently inhabited village of the region.

Day 9: Kaza-Kunzam Pass-Chandertal lake.
Early Morning drive to Chandertaal.On the way we pass Kunzam pass (4950mts). We explore Chandertaal, the moon lake in a leisurely manner with no hurry. Experience what it is sleeping like at 14500 feet in luxury camps.

Day 10: Chandertal lake-Rohtang pass-Manali (146 km)
After breakfast drive to Manali and before enter the Manali awe pass by Rohtang Pass (3970mts). Rest day in Manali. On arrival check into a beautiful and one of the finest cottages in Manali

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner (veg/ non-veg)
Day 11: Manali - Delhi
Today early morning after breakfast drive 500 km to Delhi.

Our trip will start from the base camp in Haripur, 14 km short of Manali. If you are travelling by Volvo bus, you are requested to de-board at the Patlikuhal bus stand and we will receive you from there and drive you to the base camp

The water during the trip is fresh and it is recommended to carry your personal reusable water bottles and filters as well.
