About Safa Park
Al Safa is a posh residential area located in the Western part of the city, Dubai. The Al Safa Park of this area, stretched on the Sheikh Zayed Road was started in 1975 and is renowned for its umpteen facilities and games zone, is one of the oldest leisure parks in Dubai and attracts a large number of people apart from the daily goers of that area. It has 3 lakes and 16000 varieties of plants and trees.
Safa Park has several refreshing activities, boating, sport activities, play zones for children and merry-go-round. Along with these, the park is home to some 200 species of birds and plants that have made it a home, to view which, many bird watchers and nature lovers come here.
