About Top Station, Munnar
Being a Transshipment point, Top Station is don’t-miss spot in Munnar. In 1906s tea are delivered up to this point from where it again shipped through ropeway down to the Kottagudi of Tamilnadu. Even now, the remains of this top station and ropeway stations can be seen in this spot. It is located on the border of the Tamilnadu. If there is no much mist, tourists can get glimpse of confluence of the borders of Tamilnadu and Kerala States from Top Station. Rare variety of NeelaKurinji Flowers can be found here.
