★★★★★ We booked a trip for 6N7D with Eternal Andamans and the whole journey has been a cakewalk. From the moment we contacted Karishma regarding our itinerary deets, she's been cordial enough to adjust our hotels as per our preferences. The coordinators on field, (special mention to Salman) eased us through the entire pickup-drop fiasco, the ticket entries at the tourist sites and ports thus making our trip way less stressful!!

★★★★★ I had booked a tour to Andamans for summer vacation. The whole Eternal Andamans team ( Noor, Salman, Arif etc) did a good job in planning and executing the trip (8 days and 7 nights). The drivers (Tanmay, Aslam, Ishwar, Chandan etc) all were very cooperative and friendly. They were punctual and ensured safety during the drives. Overall it was a good experience with Eternal Andamans.

All the Resorts booked were very neat, clean and well maintained. All the drivers wew punctual and gave us a good information. Entire tour was perfectly planned from 1st day of airport pick up to last day airport drop.

★★★★★ A Disappointing Experience, Except for the Hotels Provided at Havlock & Neil Island. We booked a tour with Eternal Andaman after reading their reviews online and paid the advance amount on August 22nd, 2025. From the very first day of our journey, there was a complete lack of management. We did not receive proper communication, coordination, or support from Eternal Andaman. Out of the four representatives we encountered, only Mr. Aarif in Portblair and the second one in Neil behaved cordially. The representative in Havlock, Mr. Biswajit, was very unprofessional and rude. He did not even smile when we reached Havlock. It was clear that two or three cars were managing all of their tourists, causing delays and long wait times for us. We had to repeatedly call for the cars to arrive. . . Based on our experience, we do not recommend booking a tour with this company. From the very first day, there was a lack of proper coordination from our coordinator. The pickup drivers were consistently late, causing us a lot of disappointment. Our main dissatisfactions were: - The total mismanagement of car services, causing long wait times and no punctuality. The representatives only allotted cars over the phone. However, no one from the company even called us at the end to ask about our trip. - We did not receive any guidance during our trip. There was no personal touch from the representatives; they just mechanically allotted cars. Even at the end of the trip, no one asked for any feedback, nor even shared any good words. Overall, we had a bad experience travelling with Eternal Andaman.

Indeed the entire team including all island coordinators ( Mr. Ravi from Portblair Mr. Haridas from Neil and Mr. Nishant Havelock) drivers ( specially portblair Mr. Prakash Bhai...Amaze) were always accessible, well mannered, modest and punctual. Special mention of Karishma ma'am who was very cooperative and patient while planning our iterinerary. Hotels were clean and decent and served quality food. It is one of the most memorable trip for us. I will recommend Eternal Andamans to all those who want to explore Andaman islands.
