I was co ordinated by Mr. Ram Kishen, he is an excellent person with lot of patience in explaining the trip package in detail over phone and is always reachable. I recommend this travel agency for family, friends and couples.

★★★★★ When I looked up online and trip advisor for the right agency to sort arrangements at Andaman, many people suggested Eternal Andamans. I was sceptical initially, but it turned out to be a wise decision. Abhilash helped set the itinerary and gave a flexible payment option. On the ground, the process was seamless, on time pick up and drop to and from the airport and other site seeing locations. Didn't face any major hiccups. They also helped me do scuba diving at a concessional rate, and it was the best experience. The drivers/guide were the best, especially Amit at Port Blair and Hari at Neil. Had the best time at Andamans thanks to them. The hotel rooms that were booked were also comfortable and had good food. Strongly suggest others too to avail their services. Just a suggestion to EA: while fixing the itinerary, give a couple of options to customers to choose from as they might not have time to search which places are good and worth their time.

★★★★★ When I was planning a trip to Andamans, was searching for a right trip advisor in Google and found Eternal Andamans. Immediately, their agent connected with me. It was Ram from Eternal Andamans, Ram Kishen Tiwari. In the first call, he briefed me so well that I decided to go with Eternal Andamans. 2nd time when he called my flights were booked and immediately he booked all the hotels, ferry tickets, and shared the entire itinerary for 4N/5D covering all the major attractions like Havelock, Neil, Ross. Cellular Jail light n sound show,etc.. After partial payment, he discussed all the water adventures and booked the same from his end to make sure nothing is left out and I dnt have to worry about anything. The hotels booked were classy and premium hotels with spacious rooms, cleanliness properly maintained, staffs being extremely friendly and welcoming. All details of the coordinator will be shared day before departure and driver with AC car will be assigned for pick and drop from point to point transfer. In short I can say my trip was seamless and smooth. I am a solo traveller and Ram guaranteed me my safety. He also suggested proper place for diving and other activities. I strongly recommend everyone who is reading this review to take package via Eternal Andamans and you will never regret Because I m taking again next time with them, will you ? The management and coordination between the staff is extraordinary and they were there to welcome us wherever we went. Private transfer from all the locations and itinerary made the things very comfortable for us. All you have to do is follow the timings, and you will have zero waiting time for your next activities. They do recommend additional activities, but it's up to you whether to choose or not. Or better get your customised itinerary at the start only. I do recommend this team if you are travelling with family or as a couple for the best chilling trip experience... Special thanks to Ishan for all his support.
