Very bad experience. We did not get a prior intimation by the coordinator, which I believe we should have gotten 2 days prior to the date of booking. When we reached Havelock, my network was out(only BSNL works) I could not contact the coordinator. We did not find anybody from the Trodly team as well. I definitely want a refund.
