★★★★★ We traveled to the Andaman Islands from April 16–19 last year with our 3-year-old daughter, and our trip was beautifully organized by Eternal Andamans. Even though it’s been a year, I didn’t want to miss sharing this appreciation. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and completely hassle-free. Every day was well-planned, punctual, and thoughtfully organized—we never had to search or figure things out on our own, which made the trip truly relaxing. The drivers for sightseeing were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. I still remember our airport drop—the driver wished us a happy journey with such a warm smile, which left a lasting impression. Even the trip coordinator personally called to wish us before departure, which shows their genuine care. What stood out the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They checked in with us daily after our return to the hotel to ensure everything—from services to drivers—was going well. That level of attentiveness is rare and truly commendable. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but with them, everything—from food to stays—was perfectly comfortable and well-managed. There were absolutely no compromises. Overall, the stays were excellent, the food was amazing, and the entire experience was superb. They truly added so much value to our memories and made this trip incredibly special for us. ★★★★★ The service from the staff was good, Arif - our coordinator was efficient and responsive. The resorts booked and Swaraj Dweep and Shahid Dweep were both very good. Though one did feel that there was no other restaurants or any market in walking distance. Specially liked the ambience of Sandyy Waves. The driver on our return Tanmay was very informative and efficient. The only comment I would like to add is that a premium customer should be given a choice of a better property at Port Blair even if I have to pay extra. This property was well located but very basic. And the breakfast too over here was very minimal. On the whole happy with our trip and plan to come back some time - God willing.

★★★★★ We had booked a 7D 6N package via Eternal Andamans in May via WhatsApp. Our preference of budget/premium/luxury was asked and then the itinerary was shared and sightseeing package was adjusted according to our tastes and wishes. We had chosen to take the luxury package and so trusted that the hotels would match our requirements. We were assigned a tour coordinator one day before our package was to start. That very night the coordinator changed and we were not informed by the tour operator or the person who handled our itinerary. I do appreciate that Mr. Arif, our final coordinator, took the effort to contact us and inform us of the change. The hotel at Port Blair made us wait for 45 minutes though we were doing a very late check in. The room was decent. A special mention should go to the Lazeez restaurant in this hotel. The food there was excellent. Visits to cellular jail and the light and sound show were good. Kayaking at Corbyn's cove island was good. The prices for the water sports mentioned while preparing the itinerary and the actual rates spent differed. At Havelock Island, again the coordinator changed suddenly. We were taken to Aquays hotels and resorts which doesn't meet the luxury criteria selected by us nor do the photos match. The categories of rooms available was not explained at the time of booking. That was a disappointment. When I contacted Mr. Shubham, who had helped us with the itinerary, he blamed me saying I had not read the itinerary properly and cut me off mid-call. That was extremely rude and not worthy of customer care. The hotel was accommodating and changed our room to a slightly better one as the AC in our room was rattling. The beaches were beautiful and we had a wonderful time at Elephant beach with the water sports. For the entire trip, our drivers guided us well and we had a wonderful time. Neil island was especially beautiful and Mr. Haridas, our coordinator as well as driver, guided us well. Natural bridge was a unique experience, Bharatpur beach was beautiful and Lakshmanpur beach was very peaceful. The TSG Aura hotel gave us resort vibes and was very beautiful. The only downside was the unpleasant smell in the bathroom. There were also not enough plug points to use our chargers. We had asked for an extra mattress in all the hotels. They gave us good foldable mattresses with frames in Hotel Sand Heaven and Aquays hotel. TSG Aura gave us an extra mattress on the floor which was a little disappointing. We also visited the Chidiya Tapu biological park to which our driver, Mr. Sandeep, guided us as the day was cloudy and we would miss seeing the sunset. It was a very well spent hour. The highlight of our trip was Baratang - the limestone caves and mud volcano. This is something that we found out in our research and specifically requested as part of our itinerary. Despite having to leave the hotel at 3 am, the trip was a wonderful experience and should be considered by everybody who enjoys offbeat trips. To cross over to Baratang island, we had to use the barge service which was not very comfortable but no pain no gain I guess. We were assured by our driver, Mr. Azad, that a bridge is under construction and should make trips more comfortable in future. Packed breakfast was provided by our hotel in Port Blair for our trip to Havelock and Baratang. It was not sufficient nor very healthy. But on request, the quantity of sandwiches was increased for our Baratang trip. Overall, the trip was very enjoyable and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend using Eternal Andamans for booking such packages, BUT, please ensure that you double and triple check all hotels and not trust only their recommendations or Google photos. Also, ensure you check the ferry timings are suitable for check in as hotels really don't care to accommodate early check in and late check out. The hotel Sand Heaven at Port Blair was the only one which accommodated the late check out but it required repeated requests and intervention by the coordinator.

★★★★★ We booked a tour with Eternal Andaman and the whole trip was very hassle free and all the coordinators on all the three islands coordinated verywell. V r about to miss the ferry in Havlock but they quickly reached the port and boarder us on the ferry. All the vehicle which they have provided are on time. The hotels are also good for the budget. And the open deck ferry Green ocean was been booked and all of us enjoyed very much and had a good experience. Thanks to Mr.Palani coordinator in Portblair for making our tour with good memories.
