About LACADIVES
Lacadives has come a long way since it’s inception on Kadmat in 1995. Our Lakshadweep chapter covers a 16-year history of some of the most remote and exclusive diving in the country, including a 10-year partnership with CGH-Earth on the beautiful island of Bangaram.
In 2008 we opened a dive center on Havelock in the Andaman Islands, as well as 01 pool-training facilities in Mumbai. We also began partnering with some of the best liveaboard operators in Asia.
Our operations currently include our center at Chidiya Tapu, in the Andaman Islands, 2 mainland operations in Mumbai and Bangalore and a liveaboard network for the best dive destinations in Asia. The Lacadives team has safely trained over 5000 beginners and hosted numerous divers from all parts of the world.

The team really did all they could to make us feel safe, asking which were our favourite sites to revisit and organising a very special trip to Dixon’s Pinnacles. It was my wife’s first dive in 25 years and she was understandably nervous but after a refresher and some gentle coaxing and patience she was diving with confidence. It was a dream of mine to have her as my buddy. Wish granted. A special shout out for Vibodh who accompanied me on all my dives after the first day. His briefings were thorough, his eyes for rock like octopus and other well hidden species are sharp. He’s also very good at bubble rings. He’s a very professional act. Boat crew, office staff and everybody. Thank you!

Thumbs up for Ví and Kunal, who are super friendly, patient and most importantly you can see that they enjoy what they do. All the people in the team were nice and professional. High quality equipment, good organization, reasonable prices. I have nothing to complain about. Close-by OWD friendly sites are great and full of marine life but have to come back with my Advance course to check some further deep sites as well. One day 🤞👌

The day before, Muaadh led an incredible pool session that built our confidence from the ground up, teaching us essential skills in a relaxed, supportive way, making us feel ready for the real dive. The team went above and beyond to make everything seamless, from gear setup to personalized tips. The boat crew deserves a major appreciation too. The absolute stars were the dive masters – Muaadh, Shriditha, and Kunal – too friendly for words. They motivated me when I didn't want to go underwater after my dive from the boat, until I plunged all the way down to witness the real magic of vibrant marine life in crystal-clear waters. Their patience turned my fear into pure joy. So if you're hesitating or scared, just go –they'll take care of you! Because there's a lot more species other than mackerel and tuna you have to see to believe!

★★★★★ It was my 1st time doing this sport and I can't even tell how easy they made it. From training to diving, they made it like a piece of cake. Nd then ur personal divers. My experience was with shree and moad and they were unbelievable on both the days and both different places. There is a time limit but they don't see that. If u r comfortable u can stay below as long as u want. They make u spot octopuses and wat variety of stuffs...there is a whole different world below the see and it is exactly like wat Hrithik Roshan says in the movie ZNMD. My personal favorite was jumping from lighthouse. The photographer Hitesh is also damn cool and makes u give fun poses to capture ur moments. Must try activity and must try it with LACADIVES for a wholesome experience.

We had a great experience at Lacadives while doing our Open Water Certification with Shriditha. She was calm, encouraging, and never made us feel rushed or stressed. The dives were well organised, and after each one we had a debrief that actually helped us understand what went right and what we could improve on for the next dive. That made a big difference to our confidence in the water. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we’d definitely recommend Lacadives to anyone learning to scuba dive.
