The way they handled the situation was exceptional. They were very understanding and cooperative throughout. The refund was initiated without any hassle or delay. The hotels provided were really good, the driver Mr. Jaswinder was very skillful and was sharing all the information about the places which we visited. Despite missing Yamunotri and Gangotri due to safety concerns, I had the immense pleasure of visiting Kedarnath and Badrinath. The arrangements for my solo trip were commendable, with comfortable accommodations and well-accounted charges for lodging and food. Although food options were limited due to the off-season, everything was well-organized. A special mention to my driver, Pushpender, whose expertise in navigating the challenging mountain terrain and polite demeanor added to the experience. Organizer Pradeep was equally understanding and courteous, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully managed. The darshan of ancient temples was unhindered, and despite the risky weather conditions of August, I felt protected throughout.
