Driver & cab details are not shared till last minute. Booking was for 8 am but driver arriver one hour late at 9 am. Cab driver was constantly yawning and sleepy. Took long time to pickup backup after Iskon visit we had to wait for more thane 20 mins on road. Driver not aware of local city roads and relied only on google maps. Put wrong destination and took us to Visvesvaraya staff quarters instead on visvesvaraya museum and wasted our time and experience. Overall disappointed with the service.

I am very happy

I had an awful experience with Trodly.com on a trip to Nandi Hills and Adiyogi. The driver required a reminder call, arrived with a punctured tire, and had another puncture an hour later without a spare. We missed the sunrise due to delays and heavy traffic. The driver became unreachable after dropping us at Nandi Hills, and we spent an hour finding him. He didn't know the way to Adiyogi, leading to a two-hour detour. The trip lasted from 4 AM to midnight, making it a frustrating ordeal.
