★★★★★ Beware of Hidden Charges: My Experience with Trodly and Just Call Cabs - Cab Service from Bangalore to Nandi Hills & Adiyogi Chikkaballapur For my recent trip from Bangalore to Nandi Hills and Adiyogi Chikkaballapur, I booked through Trodly, but the actual cab provider was Just Call Cabs. Here’s what I experienced: • Trodly handled the online booking and customer communication, but when it came to the ground service, they partnered with Just Call Cabs. • After the trip ended, I was unexpectedly asked to pay ₹1,250 as an extra charge, beyond the amount already agreed upon and paid in advance. • When I requested an official invoice for this additional payment, the Just Call Cabs executive refused to provide one and directed me back to Trodly for queries and complaints. • This lack of transparency and passing responsibility between Trodly and Just Call Cabs was disappointing. With no formal invoice or written breakdown of charges, it was nearly impossible to verify the legitimacy of the added cost. Advice to others: If using Trodly (or similar online platforms), always check who the actual service provider is, and confirm all terms—including extra charges and invoice policies—in writing before your trip. Insist on official invoices for any payment, no matter who collects it, to ensure you aren’t caught off guard by hidden charges or accountability issues. P.S the owner is talking about terms and conditions and sense: Sense is simple: it means valuing the customer’s time, money, and trust. • By arriving half an hour late beyond the agreed time, my time as a customer was wasted. • By charging an extra ₹1250 without providing an invoice, despite Trodly support assuring otherwise, my money was unfairly taken. • By shifting the blame to Trodly instead of taking responsibility, my trust as a customer was broken. If Trodly is my point of contact, then any extra charges should come directly from Trodly with proper communication and documentation. If there is a dispute between the driver and Trodly, that is something you should resolve internally, not by hassling the customer at the end of a tiring journey. Additional note: Throughout the trip, the driver was frequently on his phone, holding it between his head and shoulder while driving, which was both unsafe and unprofessional.
