★★★★★ Unfortunately, my five-day tour with this travel agency was a major disappointment and I cannot recommend it. To begin with, the only truly positive aspect was the driver – very polite, helpful, always on time, and the car was clean and comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints about this part. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The tour was very expensive (over 500 EUR), and the offer clearly stated accommodation in four-star hotels. In reality, these hotels had nothing to do with a four-star standard. The rooms were dirty, there was mold on the walls, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. The conditions were far below what I paid for. Additionally, the hotels offered no facilities or activities. After sunset (around 6 PM), there was basically nothing to do. There was no spa, no bar, and no proper place to relax. In one of the hotels, the swimming pool was dirty and unusable. The situation was so frustrating that the organizer tried to “fix” it by offering a room change at 11 PM, after a full day of sightseeing. Alternatively, I was offered another hotel located 30–45 minutes away, which was completely impractical. Moreover, in one of the hotels, after eating a meal, I suffered from food poisoning and had severe stomach problems. This clearly reflects the low hygiene standards of the accommodation provided. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the travel agency. The organizer did not take responsibility and claimed that since the hotel had “four stars” in its name, everything was acceptable. However, online reviews clearly mention issues with cleanliness and hygiene – something that should have been checked in advance. My advice to others: it is much better to organize such a trip independently. Renting a car with a driver and choosing your own hotels based on real reviews will be cheaper, more comfortable, and far less stressful. You will also have full control over the quality of your stay. In summary – I do not recommend this travel agency. The price was absolutely not justified by the quality of service.

★★★★★ Golden Triangle Tour 5 Days What a wonderful tour through Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. We arrived in the middle of the night, so we asked to start later. That was no problem at all, so we did the first part of the sightseeing tour in Delhi on the first day and the rest on day 5. We had the best guides and the very best driver you could wish for. Our driver, Mr. Kapil Ji, drove us safely through India's crazy traffic for five days with a calmness and nonchalance that impressed us greatly. Our guides: Mr. Arif Ajmal Khan in Delhi, who studied history and told us a great deal about the buildings we visited. Mr. Vishnu Gupta in Agra, always with a smile on his face, who showed us the romantic side of Agra, rode the metro with us, took countless beautiful photos of us, and took us to lunch at the clean and very tasty Salt Café. Mr. Salim in Fatehpur Sikri, who told us the story of the ghost town Mr. Vijay Ashwani in Jaipur, who speaks German as well as English and showed us the unique palaces and very patiently drove us from restaurant to restaurant until we were satisfied. The restaurant we went to was The Curry Spoon, very clean and tasty. We would like to thank everyone once again. We felt very comfortable. We were particularly fond of Mr. Vishnu Gupta and Mr. Kapil Ji. Thanks also to Taj Voyages Tour itself. Communication worked very well and we never had to wait long for a response. We were also involved in the hotel selection process and asked if it was okay. We can highly recommend the tour to anyone, and when we are in India next time, we will definitely book another tour with you.

★★★★★ We prearranged for a private driver to transport us from Delhi to Agra. We were on the road for about four hours. We got to know Vishnu, a fantastic native tour guide for the Taj Mahal, as soon as we arrived in Agra. He is really easy to talk to, helpful, and kind. In addition, he assisted us in avoiding the Taj-Mahal entry line, saving us hours of waiting. He checked to make sure we had everything we needed, were secure, and content before we headed towards the Taj-mahal proper. With Vishnu, we felt very much in good hands.
