Ashtavinayak literally means ‘Eight Ganesha’ in Sanskrit. Ashtavinayak tour from Pune covers eight holy temples of Ganpati, which are Ozar, Lenyadri, Theur, Ranjangaon, Siddhatek, Morgaon, Pali and Mahad. All the temples are Swayambhu (self-originated) and Jagrut. The Ashtavinayakas are Vighnahar, Girijatmaj, Chintamani, Siddhatek, Mahaganpati, Mayureshwar, Varadvinayak and Ballaleshwar.
Itinerary
Day 1: Hotel/Residence in Mumbai - Mahad - Pali - Ranjangaon - Hotel in Pune
- Your tour begins with a pick up from your hotel/residence in Mumbai city limits.
- Post pick up you will proceed to Mahad where you would visit the Shri Varadvinayak Temple.
- After the darshan, we stop for breakfast and then proceed to Pali where lies the Shri Ballaleshwar Temple.
- Post the visit to Ballaleshwar Ganapati you can make a stop for lunch at any local restaurant.
- Later proceed to Ranjangaon where you would visit the Shri Mahaganapati Temple.
- At the end of the day's tour, you will be dropped at your hotel in Pune.
Day 2: Hotel in Pune - Theur - Siddhatek - Morgaon - Hotel in Pune
- We start our journey after breakfast and head to Theur which is famous for the Shri Chintamani Temple.
- Next, proceed to Siddhatek to the Shri Siddhvinayak Temple.
- After the darshan, we stop for lunch at any local restaurant.
- Post lunch, we proceed to Morgaon to visit Shri Moreshwar Temple.
- At the end of the day's tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Pune.
Day 3: Hotel in Pune - Ozhar - Lenyadri - Hotel/Residence in Mumbai
- This is the final day of our tour.
- We start our journey after breakfast and head to Ozhar to visit the Shri Vighneshwar Temple.
- Next, we proceed to Lenyadri and visit the Shri Girijatmaj Temple.
- After the darshan, we stop for lunch at any local restaurant.
- After the completion of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel/residence in Mumbai city limits.
