Backwaters are peaceful and have no currents, which is why it is perfect to lounge on a boat while trying to catch crabs. Crab catching in Goa is done via handmade traps called ‘Cobllem’ which is a circular metal ring hung through the nylon net.

Itinerary

• The driver will pick you up from the hotel in Calangute, Baga, Arpora, and Candolim area by 2:30 pm
• The driver will drop the guests to the boat jetty where you will meet the guide here and be briefed about the activity.
• Board the boat by 3:00 pm and leave the jetty for the crab-catching experience on the backwaters.
• Crab catching in Goa is done with the handmade traps called ‘Cobllem’ which is a circular metal ring hung through the nylon net.
• Experience crab-catching how the locals do it.
• Get served with some barbequed carbs, some snacks and drinks onboard.
• You are expected to reach back to the boat jetty by 6:30 pm. 
• From the jetty, the driver will drop the guests back to the hotel (same as the starting point)
