About Ethipothala Falls

Ethipothala Falls cascade from the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam and are small in size. The water of Chandravanka river gushes about 11 km downstream and eventually joins Krishna river. It is a good place to spend a few hours, if visiting the Nagarjuna Sagar town and nearby areas. Best time to visit would be during and after monsoon when the water level is high. Visiting the foot of the waterfall is not permitted, but the view of the waterfall is quite nice.
