About Drass War Memorial - Vijaypath
Drass War Memorial also known as Vijaypath is the main attraction of the town of Dras which is also known as gateway to Ladakh. The memorial, located on the Srinagar-Leh National Highway is about 5 km from the city centre of Dras and commemorates the martyrs of the Kargil War which was fought in 1999 with Pakistani insurgents.
