About Vishansar Lake
Vishansar Lake is collocated to Krishansar Lake and is also a famous tourist spot in Sonmarg. This lake is considered the source of Neelum River and is famous for lush green meadows and snow covered mountains all around. Trekkers come to this location from June to September to enjoy the trekking routes around this lake as well as to enjoy trout fishing. Summers is the time when one can enjoy vast expanse of greenery around and winters is the time when one can see a beautiful white sheet spread all around.
