★★★★★ Had a really good experience with One Side Taxi service for both my Mumbai Airport–Pune journey and the return trip to Mumbai Airport. The entire process was smooth and well organised. The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I had requested, and everything was perfectly on time. The driver was extremely courteous, professional, and drove very well, even with the heavy rains. Both journeys were comfortable and hassle-free from start to finish. Really happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

★★★★★ One of the best taxi services I have come across. Right from the drivers to the overall service experience, everything was extremely professional and well managed. The quality of the cars provided for the pricing is truly top-notch, and most importantly, the service feels very safe and reliable—especially for families and anyone travelling with comfort and safety as a priority. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much to the entire team for all the support and assistance!

★★★★★ ⚠️ WARNING: FRAUDULENT & UNSAFE SERVICE – DO NOT BOOK ⚠️ This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life. Midway through the journey, the vehicle was deliberately stopped and we were forced to pay extra money to continue. It felt like extortion, not a service. Until we paid, the vehicle simply wouldn’t move. The vehicle had NO AC and no music system, yet we were charged for both. On top of that, toll charges were taken in inflated amounts with no bills provided. When questioned, they casually said we could “apply for refunds later,” which is clearly a lie. The vehicle broke down multiple times, the driver was unskilled, extremely slow, and unprofessional, and the entire journey felt unsafe — especially for women, children, and families. Worst part? Customer care was completely useless and seemed more interested in supporting the driver than helping us. This is not just bad service — it is dangerous and unethical. Please keep your family safe and DO NOT BOOK from this vendor.

★★★★★ Had a really great experience with this cab service! 🚖 The pricing was quite affordable, which is always a big plus. The driver was super friendly and made the ride comfortable throughout. What impressed me the most was their punctuality — right on time without any hassle. I even booked it last minute, and they handled it smoothly without any issues. Overall, very professionally run service. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something reliable and stress-free!
