★★★★★ ⚠️ WARNING: FRAUDULENT & UNSAFE SERVICE – DO NOT BOOK ⚠️ This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life. Midway through the journey, the vehicle was deliberately stopped and we were forced to pay extra money to continue. It felt like extortion, not a service. Until we paid, the vehicle simply wouldn’t move. The vehicle had NO AC and no music system, yet we were charged for both. On top of that, toll charges were taken in inflated amounts with no bills provided. When questioned, they casually said we could “apply for refunds later,” which is clearly a lie. The vehicle broke down multiple times, the driver was unskilled, extremely slow, and unprofessional, and the entire journey felt unsafe — especially for women, children, and families. Worst part? Customer care was completely useless and seemed more interested in supporting the driver than helping us. This is not just bad service — it is dangerous and unethical. Please keep your family safe and DO NOT BOOK from this vendor.

When we got into a police checking they fined us 1500 rupees for not having yellow number plate At that time they said we will pay you at the end and asked us to pay the fine, but at the end they refused to pay and said it was our fault not their.
