In this cooking class, learn the art of preparing some delicious South Indian cuisine.  Our friendly host or cooking expert/teacher will give an idea about the dishes which are popular in the region. You can select the dishes that you would like to cook and can visit a Goubert market to purchase the materials needed for preparation. Start cooking with the teacher and you may assist the teacher in cooking. Get some great tips for cooking South Indian dishes and finally, you can enjoy the lunch prepared by you. This lunch is specially served on banana leaves to give an authentic feeling.

Itinerary

• You are requested to report at the Kandappa Mudaliar St by 10:00 AM in the morning. 
• Meet the host or cooking teacher and have a quick introduction session. 
• You can decide on the menu according to your choice. If it is a group then group interests will be taken.
• Go to the Goubert market and buy the ingredients with the host. 
• After the market visit, your cooking teacher will begin with the cooking session and you can assist and learn the preparations. 
• Finally, the food which is prepared is served on the banana leaves to you as lunch.
• Have a sumptuous meal to end the session.
