About Triveni Sangam
The confluence of the three rivers, this is held as a sacred spot for worshipers of the Hindu religion. The confluence marks the spot where a nectar pitcher came out from he hands of Lord Shiva. So it’s here that if you wash, all your sins will be washed away. Also, the views are a congratulation of sun, landscape and water, offering visual as well as spiritual enlightenment for visitors to this marking of the waterways.
