About Naneghat Hills
Perched at an altitude of 838.2 m above sea level on Malshej Ghat, Naneghat Hills are most popular destination among trekkers and mountain climbers. Naneghat is famed for the very old mountain pass which links the Konkan and Ghatmatha. In this mountain there are enormous caves and water reservoirs carved out of rocks. The caves with very ancient Brahmi inscriptions are the best of its kind. The peak of Naneghat Hills, Nanacha Angatha are the popular hub of adventure lovers.
