The Sardar Government Museum is located in a pleasant public park. It is named after the Mahraja Sardar Singh of Jodhpur. The museum was established in 1909 and formally opened to public on 17 March, 1936. The museum boasts of a wide collection of paintings and coins, stone sculptures and inscriptions. Some weapons and Jain Jain Tirthankaras can also be found here. One can also visit the public libraries and the zoo in the gardens.
