We recently booked Trodly for our visit to Mumbai. While the booking process was very easy, we were disappointed with the driver's experience. Coming from different locations to explore a new city, we expected our guide—who was our driver—to have sufficient knowledge to assist us as tourists. Unfortunately, we found that he lacked experience and didn't have enough information about the places we were visiting in Mumbai. As a result, we felt it was a waste of time.

City Cool Cab initially refused to provide service on bookings through Trodly. I had to contact Trodly time and again. At last I got the service. But I had to suffer a lot.
