Somasila is a nature-loving village located at the Kollapur Mandal in Mahbubnagar District of Telangana State, India. It is situated 99 KM towards South from District head quarters Mahabubnagar. 7 KM from Kollapur. An exotic place where you can witness the magnificent view of Tungabhadra river joins the Krishna river and get combined to enter the green forests of Nallamala.

Itinerary

Day 1: Hyderabad - Boating - Night Camping

• You are requested to meet your host at the pick-up points mentioned in the 'Meet-up Information' section 10:00 AM.
• Have your lunch enroute Somasila at 12:00 PM.
• Post your arrival at Somasila enjoy boating in the river water and trekking in the woody green forest.
• Relax for a while, post which you would enjoy some barbeque within 6:00 PM.
• Jump into the Krishna river to swim and relax after dinner at 9:30 PM.

Day 2: Sunrise Trek - Hyderabad

• On the second morning after freshening up, you would be trekking to the adjoining hills of Somasila at 7:00 AM.
• Have your breakfast and pack up by 9:30 AM.
• You would be checking out of the camping ground by 11:00 AM and start your journey to Hyderabad.
• Arrive back at Hyderabad at 4:00 PM.
