About Honnamana Kere, Madikeri
The biggest lake in Coorg is named after the goddess Honnamanna. Like Beelur Golf Club, Honnamanna is a few kilometers from Somwarpet and is easily reached from there. Gavi Bettaand Mori Betta are two hills which can be seen from the lake; both are picturesque, neither are better. Nearby there are cliffs, caves and coffee plantations.
