About

Zuluk or Dzuluk is a small village in East Sikkim, near the Indo-China border and is known for its location on the Old Silk Route. It is a small hamlet and about 600 inhabitants live in Zuluk. It is located more than 10,000 ft above sea level and is slowly gaining importance in the Sikkim tourism circuit. From Zuluk you can see the panoramic view of the majestic Kanchenjunga. Also consider touring other locations on  the Old Silk Route, while you're in Zuluk. Zuluk is  also famous for its 95 hairpin turns on old silk route.  Keep an eye for the lovely Himalayan birds that are found in plenty in Zuluk. Visit during August and September to enjoy exotic flowers that flood the region.
