About Trishna Wildlife Sanctuary
Trishna Wildlife Sanctuary is situated about 100 Km. away from Agartala in the South Tripura District. The main attraction of this sanctuary is the Bison. This sanctuary is rich in both avian fauna and is a resident to large number of migratory birds. The sanctuary spreads over an area of 198 sq. km. Lush green trees cover the sanctuary and also many small rivulets run along the sanctuary. The place is a heaven for the tourists.
