Pizhichil Oil Massage at Alleppey

Pizhichil is also called Thailadhara and this therapy is called the king of all therapies. This therapy is a calssic combination of two Ayurvedic treatments namely Snehana (oil massage) and Swedana (fomentation, sweat-inducing, sudation). This massage improves blood circulation, strengthens the immune system, reduces stress, anxiety, and tension, improves skin quality, reduces neurological disorders. This massage also helps in treating paralysis, arthritis and rheumatic diseases. 

What to expect?

• The experience includes 90 Minute body massage with medicated oil and herbal leaves by an expert masseur.
• Lukewarm medicated oil is applied all over the body in special rhythmic way continuously.  
• After one and half hour long massage, feel completely relaxed and this will tone the body, increase blood circulation, nourish muscles and nervous tissues and expel metabolic waste through the skin. 
• Massage is followed by a hot bath before the experience ends.
