Lymphatic massage is a therapeutic treatment. The massage uses very light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in your body. The pressure from your blood vessels and movement from your muscles push the lymphatic fluid around. In this massage we use Kerala Ayurvedic-style massage technique which is several thousand years old. These techniques were used by sages and they make use of natural medicated oil. It is a precise gentle massage which focuses on the body's lymphatic pathways.
What to expect?
- The experience includes 60 Minute Lymphatic drainage body massage with herbal oil by an expert masseur.
- This massage makes use of natural oils and rejuvenates the body by stimulating the flow of lymph
- After an hour-long massage, feel completely relaxed and detoxified.
- Massage is followed by a hot bath before the experience ends.
