About Shivagange
Famous as the Dakshn Kashi (kashi of South) Shivagange is located at Dobbspet in Tumkur in Karanataka. It gets its name as the cliff is in the shape of Shiv Linga and a spring named Ganga flows near it. It attracts travelers who are interested in rock climbing also as it is a perfect spot to indulge in that sport. Also is famous amongst all Shiva pilgrims as the place has temples like Olakal Teertha, Gangadhareshwara temple, Patalagange and Nandi Statue.
