The guides that came along equally caring and knowledgeable about the area - most helpful ! Now let’s talk about food - can’t get any better is what you feel at the first meal and then every meal is above and beyond all expectations - in the midst of the mountains by the river - exceptional food and crazy variety and awesome tasting !! The entire trip was fabulous - top notch quality stuff and phenomenal human beings ! Huge thank you to the entire Aqua Terra team for a fabulous experience.

★★★★★ I recently completed my first trek with Aquaterra Adventures (ATA), and the experience surpassed every expectation. It was a fairly challenging trail in the Uttarakhand hills - remote terrain, thin air, and a real test of physical and mental readiness. What made it all work - what turned it into something meaningful rather than just difficult - was the way ATA runs the show. The team was outstanding. Every single person on the trail - guides, porters, kitchen crew, camp support - brought a rare mix of professionalism, warmth, and intuitive care. They struck the perfect balance between giving you space and watching out for you. You felt looked after without ever being coddled. There were a couple of participants in our group who were undertaking their maiden trek - first time camping, first time pushing their limits in this way. It was heartening to see how the ATA crew stayed patient and supportive, helping them ease into the rhythm of the outdoors without ever making it feel like a big deal. Everyone felt included, encouraged, and capable. ATA isn’t just a logistics outfit. It’s clear that what they’ve built is something far more thoughtful. From start to finish, the team made us feel confident and well taken care of. Rana, the head kayaker, was a total pro—calm, skilled, and clearly experienced. Vikas and Vikaa were also excellent throughout the trip, striking a perfect balance between professionalism and fun. The safety kayakers were sharp and attentive, and the entire crew worked together flawlessly. If I could call out every one of them by name, I would—they truly made the experience special. The kitchen team deserves a big shoutout too—the food was fresh, flavorful, and way better than you’d expect out on the river. Every meal was a highlight. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this trip. It meant a lot to me personally, and I can’t thank the team enough for how thoughtful and dialed-in everything was. ★★★★★ Vaibhav and his experienced team are incredible. We went for a 8 days trek to Har Ki Dun. Despite an unusually bad weather for the season, the experience was worth every second of it. Especially because our guides were able to adapt our trek as the weather unfolded to provide us the best camp conditions. We were able to access fantastic walks and views from remote parts of lower Himalayas. Everyday delicious and varied meals was cooked by the team, whether it was sunny, rainy, snowing or freezing cold. As we travelled up and down the valley, each campsite was setup before we reached. It allowed our merry group to simply rest, enjoy the magnificent surroundings and share a few stories around the fire. I'd like to give a massive thank you to Vaibhav. Soli, Prem, Ankit and the rest of the team for giving us such a unique and beautiful experience. We will definitely do another trek with Aquaterra.

We spent eight days in some of the most remote mountain areas in the world. These areas are beautiful but ruthless, and what Aquaterra offers foremost is accessibility to these heavenly places on earth. Without their skills and experience, there is no way, we could have ever seen, let alone live within these insanely gorgeous places for a week. The team is well trained, professional and knows the areas well. They hire local and operate ethically. We were kept safe, given all the instructions, equipment (of top quality) and guidance we needed to enjoy and trek these ranges. The food was plenty, delicious and fed with love. We snagged some bad weather and they managed to amend our plans on the fly, impressively navigating these formidable ranges, to balance safety and experience. Our hearts are full and we feel grateful and privileged to have met these guys. We've also had the good fortune to have met some wonderful people who joined us on this adventure. We opted for an 8 day trek in the Har Ki Dun valley as a couple. We were travelling internationally from Sydney, Australia and the team was in communication and prompt in their support from the get-go.
