Nageshvara-Chennakeshava Temple complex, Mosale Information | Photos | Location

Mosale is well known as “Hidden Gem” in academic and archaeological communities. Main occupation in this village is agriculture. The elegant temples Chennakesava and Nageshwara temples are located on the boundaries of this small temple.  These temples are also a top up for the Hoysala architecture. The temples are surrounded by fenced walls. There are two entrances for this temple. The doors are locked one can approach for caretaker through local people. The scarcity of public transportation is a hindrance to access Mosale. However tourists can hire vehicle in Hassan to visit this village.
