Mughal Sarai at Doraha was constructed by Sher Shah Suri for the respite of travelers travelling along the Grand Trunk Road. This rest house had 20 rooms each on the northern and the southern side and 30 each on eastern and western sides. Things to admire here are the floral paintings at the entrance as well as on the ceilings and walls of the rest house.
