Ghaziabad is one of the largest industrial cities of North India and home to a number of industries. It is part of NCR (National Capital Region) and its proximity to Delhi makes Ghaziabad a key satellite city and has become an upcoming destination for real estate and retail tourism. It is named after Ghazi-ud-din, founder of this city and earlier known as Ghaziuddinnagar.
City is known for its numerous shopping malls. Besides this Mohan Nagar Temple and Ram Manohar Lohia Park are other places that can be visited. Ghaziabad is 19 KMs from Delhi and 46 KMs from Meerut.
