Kodachadri or Kodachaadri is a picturesque hill with many falls in its surroundings. Kodachadri is almost 1343 meters above sea level.  There many trekking routes; the way to get to Kodachadri is to trek there. Trek and reach the Hudluman falls and Arasinagundi falls and simply enjoy the walk through the dense forests. Another place of attraction near Kodachaadri is Sarvajana peeth where Adi Shankra meditated and the Moola Mookambika Temple which has 40 feet high Iron pillar erected in its precincts.

The government of Karnataka has classified it as a natural heritage site.  From Shimoga catch the bus to Nagodi village, which serves as a trekking start point.
