A beautiful Norman church set amongst verdant pines, the St. John’s church is dedicated to John the Baptist and known of its Belgian stained glass. Built in 1852, the church structure survived the 1905 Kangra earthquake, only the bell-tower taking any damage. The church grounds are home to a collection of friendly monkeys, baboons and birds which all add to the atmosphere of good harmony, and a very pleasant experience.
