About

Dedicated to Lord Krishna and Radha Rani, ISKCON temple is a place of worship for the followers of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness or as they are known, the Hare Krishna movement.  The temple can be visited anytime between 4:30 am to 8:00 pm every day. There is special feast organized every Sunday in the temple hall which is believed to be the biggest hall of all the ISKCON temples in North India. The temple contains beautiful deities of Krishna and Radha. The very best of melodious Kirtanas resound throughout the complex. Youth oriented courses on Bhagavad Gita and other scriptures take place from time to time.  As per tradition, six aartis are offered daily by twenty four brahmanically trained priests to the temple deities and along with six corresponding bhoga offerings. Lord Krishna related festivals like Janamashthami see the flow of innumerable devotes who come and pay their offerings. A beautiful garden is at the back of the temple and people can be seen strolling there.
