About Shevaroy temple & Bears Cave
Atop the Shervaroyan Hill, the highest point in Yercaud, is the narrow cave temple of Servaroyan where an annual festival for Lord Servaroyanis held every year in May. This festival is visited and celebrated by thousands of pilgrims. Close by is the Raja Rajeswari Amman Temple as well as the Bears Cave, believed to be one of Lord Muruga’s six abodes.
