Booking process was very good but after reaching Coorg it was horrible to find lack of communication from coorgexpress. Only on previous night the location of meeting was informed. Nobody was attending to us. The contact number of manager was switched off. Wasted one and half hour before returning to hotel.

Recently went to Coorg with my parents, sisters and relatives. I wanted my parents to have a good time and relax. I wasn't sure if my parents would like a coffee plantation tour but still went ahead and booked it. Coorg is famous for its coffee so thought it would be a good experience. Drive to the estate was beautiful and the roads were decent. Kudos to the host for the plantation tour, Khushi was really good at guiding us through the plantation, told us every aspect of coffee and Coorg very patiently. We were served Coorge style homemade coffee and buttermilk. It was yummy. At the end of the tour, I was amazed when my parents said that they really loved the tour. They loved that this was something that got them to understand about the place more. All in all 5 out 5 for the tour! Thanks, Trodly and the operator.
