About Shiva temple
Shiva temple at Kathgarh, 25 Km from Pathankot sees a rush of devotees during the “Nag Panchami” to witness the miracle of idols of Shiva and Parvati coming near to each other. The temple is built in Roman architectural style. It houses two Lingas of light grey sandy stone personifying Lord Shiva and Parvati respectively.
There are 2 ways to reach here, one is via Indora and the other is via Mirthal on the Pathankot-Jalandhar highway. If one is driving from Delhi, go via Hoshiarpur, Mukerian and then take the link road to Indora from Nangal bhoor. There is Arni University in Indora, the sign boards put up by the university are very helpful and take you straight to Indora.
